病人講的三句話都是十分“paradoxical”(似是而非)

1. to sprinple  噴灑 to ~ salt 灑鹽
他說：我從來不往冰淇淋上撒鹽的
2. caffeine 咖啡因 de-表示“去除”的前綴。decaffeinated coffee
去除了咖啡因的咖啡； Decaf 脫因咖啡，
e.g.: Watress, I‘d like a decaf. 我要一杯脫因咖啡。 I only like decalf coke.  我只喜歡脫因可樂。
但是沒有聽說過披薩有這樣的
3. fat脂肪 be 100% fat free 100%無脂，也沒有聽說啤酒含有脂肪的

所以，其幽默在于這位先生所謂的減肥全都是假的！

 日常生活中的簡寫詞還有不少，如：
1. Can you pass me the remote(=remote controller 遙控器)?
2. The AC (=air-conditioner,空調(diào)）in my room isn't working. Couold you have someone come up and take a look at it?
3. I heard you're a sci-fi(=scietific fiectio,科幻）writer. It that true?
4. I've been to the US, but I've never been to DC (District of Columbia,華盛頓（哥倫比亞特區(qū)）.
