當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間10月31日，美國(guó)電影藝術(shù)與科學(xué)學(xué)院宣布第92屆奧斯卡最佳國(guó)際影片獎(jiǎng)（原最佳外語(yǔ)片獎(jiǎng)）投票規(guī)則作出重大調(diào)整，所有符合條件的學(xué)院成員均可投票選出該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)最后5個(gè)提名影片，這是歷史上的首次。

On October 31, local time, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced that the 92nd Oscar for Best International Film Award (formerly Best Foreign Language Film Award) had a major adjustment to the voting rules. All eligible college members can vote for the award. The last five nominated films, this is the first time in history.

中國(guó)大陸、中國(guó)香港和中國(guó)臺(tái)灣分別選送了《哪吒之魔童降世》《掃毒2》和《誰(shuí)先愛(ài)上他的》競(jìng)爭(zhēng)第92屆奧斯卡最佳國(guó)際影片。據(jù)悉，第92屆奧斯卡將于12月16日公布最佳國(guó)際影片入選的10部短名單，2020年1月13日公布提名，2月9日頒獎(jiǎng)。

Mainland China, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, China, respectively, selected "The Devil's Angels", "Anti-Virus 2" and "Who Loves Him First" to compete in the 92nd Oscar for Best International Film. It is reported that the 92nd Oscar will announce the short list of the best international films selected on December 16th, the nominations will be announced on January 13, 2020, and the awards will be presented on February 9.
