At 8 am on October 28, US Eastern Time, Tiffany confirmed on the official website that it received an unsolicited non-binding offer from LVMH to acquire Tiffany at a price of $120 per share.

截至10月29日午時(shí)，Tiffany盤中大漲逾31.63%，最新股價(jià)已超過LVMH的收購(gòu)報(bào)價(jià)，每股漲至129.72美元。
